We understand things come up. To reschedule your appointment, log into Brightside and use the “Reschedule” button to select a new time. If you are using the mobile app, tap “Reschedule” under “Appointments.”
To respect your provider’s time and support availability for others seeking care, we ask that you reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may result in a no-show fee of up to $70 per our Terms of Service.
Failure to attend appointments multiple times may result in a reassignment of your care or discharge from Brightside Health.
