How do I connect to my provider for my appointment?

Step 1: When you are ready to join the appointment, log in to the Brightside Portal and click “Join Appointment” on your Psychiatry or Therapy card, depending on which member of your Care Team you are scheduled to meet. If you are using the Brightside mobile app, click the “Join your appointment” task or tap on “Join video call” on the relevant plan card on the “Appointments” tab. These options will appear one hour prior to your appointment and will take you directly to your Brightside psychiatric provider or therapist’s consultation room.

Step 2: Once you are in your provider or therapist’s consultation room, you will want to make sure your video and microphone options are active and working on your device.
